    I still want a close up of the sign inside saying £40 and that will be easily accessible to the OP because they can log in as if to pay, and just screenshot the sign that the person on foot who issued the NTD must have included in the images.

    Ignore at your peril. The PCN is PoFA compliant and therefore, they can chase you or your company as the registered keeper is liable if the drivers identity and address is not provided.
