MSE News: Easier broadband switching for Virgin Media customers and others delayed

Broadband customers switching to or from cable networks including Virgin Media, Hyperoptic and others will still have to contact both their new and existing provider when moving across, as plans to introduce easier 'one touch' switching from April 2023 have been delayed.

    This is a bit late though honestly it's such a pain to have to move currently. We should absolutely be able to move providers easily without having to do a song and dance at retentions 

    Equally, I'd want this to apply to sim contract deals too, and not just broadband

    It's been the case on mobiles for years already. Get pac from one provider & give it to new provider, that's it
