EOn Next Smart Meter / IHD Price Update for Apr 1 Wrong (I Hope)

My Smart Meter prices - as displayed on my IHD - with EOn next - have changed at some point today.

The standing charge looks like the Standard Credit rate in Ofgem multirate tables - despite me always paying by annualized DD - that they have just recalculated for the following year - but as to day / night - cannot tell exactly as they don't publish pricing tables.

I am assuming I can rely on the kWh until this is resolved - if not the actual £s and pence for daily records etc.

The 2 rates I can see right now are SC and off peak rate - will be able to see the peak later when switches back - but neither match my price change summary - or online account tariff display.

Taken copies of PDF docs and screen shots of my online pricing
Will phone tomorrow to try to resolve with EOn.

I've had them switch prices a few days late in the past - but they always sent the correct ones to meter.
Anyone else had this problem ?

  • I just checked my IHD and the new April rates (SC and p/kWh tariff) have been uploaded at some point today (I think).  I'm on standard tariff for electricity rather than multi-rate.
