I am due to change my mortgage in June. I have been offered an increase to my credit limit with Paypal. Should I accept and it will help my application credit score or decline?

It'll have minimal impact either way.1

It's quite likely that your credit score will drop, as the limit increase represents a change in your credit circumstances. But as the score is not used - nor even seen - by any lender, that won't make a scrap of difference. As MorningCoffee says, an increase in limit will have minimal, if any, impact. It's when you take out a new line of credit just before a mortgage application that it can cause issues.1
