Yes the Judge will very likely grant the set aside but you need a draft defence in order to NOT PAY the CCJ amount - what is the crux of your defence against the PCN. What happened? What sort of car park?The Claimant Solicitors conducted a trace.
Evidence? Date? Thought not. This is just a bare assertion with no evidence.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
