The NS&I ISA is tax exempt as are Premium Bond prizes.
Index Linked Savings Certificates are no longer on sale but if you already hold them, are tax exempt.2 -
You’re absolutely spot on about the tax exempt status of interest from the NS&I Direct ISA, Premium Bond prizes and all index-linked returns plus interest generated by Index Linked Savings Certificates!xylophone said:The NS&I ISA is tax exempt as are Premium Bond prizes.

The one other tax exempt product provided by NS&I is Fixed Interest Savings Certificates. Like their Index Linked equivalent, Fixed Interest Savings Certificates have not been on general sale for several years now but NS&I may well release (a) new issue(s) of these certificates at some point in the future. As indeed they could conceivably do with Index Linked Savings Certificates too, once the unique financial conditions NS&I operate under - balancing the needs of their savers, taxpayers and the overall financial market - allow the release of new ILSC’s to again be a financially viable option for NS&I as well as a potentially very beneficial opportunity for their customers!1
