PARKMAVEN- Ilford exchange

Hello
My mother received a NTK from Parkmaven for parking at the Ilford exchange (ANPR).
I am trying to appeal for her online- but the reference number and car registration brings back an error stating 'Sorry, we are unable to locate this ticket. Please can you check the details you have entered and try again.'.
What shall I do?
Thanks in advance

If, after double checking you have entered the correct PCN and VRN number in their website and you get the same message, do you know how to record your screen actions? If not, then a couple of screenshots of the problem will be worthwhile storing for possible future use.
Before you appeal, have you read the Newbies/FAQ thread near the top of the forum? Please don't go in blindly appealing before reading that thread. We see far too many people either not bother reading it or just skim-reading it and missing some of the most important points and digging a hole for themselves and wondering why they have lost their appeal.3 -

Plan A is a always a complaint from the keeper to the landowner and their MP.
The keeper can try sending an SAR to the PPC asap to see if anything comes back before the appeal deadline.
The keeper can also appeal by post about a week before the appeal deadline. It should be sent first class from a Post Office counter, obtaining the all important free proof of posting.
Use the template in blue, unaltered, sent from the keeper.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks2 -
date of event 17.03.2023, date NTK issued: 22.03.2023Very recent then. I wanted to check because sometimes when a PPC off-loads a case to a debt collector, their own records are removed - but it's far too early for your mother's PCN to have got to that stage. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Thank you everyone for your help and advice1

Well done... but do you have it in writing? There are countless threads on here about landowners saying they have cancelled to then end up with the victim facing a claim with no actual evidence that the landowner did what they claimed.
Go to the PPCs website and go through the motions of attempting to pay the PCN, without actually paying (obviously) and see if the PCN is still showing as active or unpaid.2 -
