I’m in Yorkshire if that makes any difference.0

Couldn’t find a simple answer on Eon’s website but put in a random Yorkshire postcode for a tariff quote and this is what they cane back with:
It might be easier to put your own postcode in the quote box to make sure those apply to you and any particulars of your supply/payment method, although I imagine the region would still be the same. https://www.eonnext.com/electricity-and-gasMoo…0 -
Just click on the get a new tariff box and the April prices are there.Mine is showing in the app this morning but not on the web portal.1

My rates have been updated online, on my IHD and in the app.
I was on a fix that ended on 30th March and my rate shown online updated yesterday to the Q1 rates, and then again today to the Q2 rates.
I wonder if my bill will show the different rates for up to 30th March, 31st March and from 1st April?0 -

My new updated prices email was there, but didn't actually get it, I.e. not in my inbox or spam folders etc.
As I was in credit, they also dropped my DD to reflect that credit, and the 1.5% change in predicted annual cost.
The now ended £67 EBSS credit DD reduction for last 6 months, means its higher then Oct-Mar, but lower than Sep setpoint my case0 -
My billing dates 7th, always split before after ofgem updates, so no reason to expect they won't- even for a day.RG2015 said:My rates have been updated online, on my IHD and in the app.

It's the only time they really acknowledge daily smart readings, as running account history normally only shows the monthly snapshot for billing.
Before Smart they were estimates, sometimes based on manual readings entered by me.0 -
Have you received an e-mail from them with a pdf attachment which lists the new rates?I received mine on the 22nd March. The new rates are showing in my account now, under tariff.0

Oops - and depending on payment method, there were some differences of approach, so you might want to read their revised EPG description.
Iirc a freeze on prepay gas was mentioned.0
