it’s a new build with thin walls it seems.

Suggests it is a noise issue.

I suppose the OP is disappointed, as he was hoping that HTB was a means of ending the tenancy.

I thought that there are very strict requirements for sound insulation in new buildings. If the op has bought his home fairly recently, could he have some sort of claim under the warranty that comes with new build homes?
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

It’s against the terms and conditions of a help to buy equity loan to sub-let a property.

The deposits required are 5%, and banks would usually require 25% to cover the risk of letting  a property to tenants.

Yes I am awaiting a sound test at the price of £950+ vat. We shall see what the results show. But this won’t be for another month.

Target HCA have been informed, so let’s hope my lucky stars will force a repossession.

It’s against the terms and conditions of a help to buy equity loan to sub-let a property. Not always

The deposits required are a minimum of 5%, and banks would usually require 25% to cover the risk of letting  a property to tenants.

Have you contacted the landlord/letting agents of the property?

As you have reported to target I assume as asked above have you reported to the lender? (Although still may make no impact)

Thank you for your comments z

    I haven’t contacted the landlord/lettings agency.

Their demographic of tenants seem to be tenants who wouldn’t be accepted anywhere else as their rental is £300 lower per month than other properties of similar size.

I haven’t reported to the lender…yet. Will do though.

One tenant was particularly vexatious for the neighbour, because the tenant scolded her child loudly and often.
I had a similar neighbour on a campsite where I was staying. and after a particularly long tirade, I let out a long "Eeeeeeeewwwww!!!!" and the nuisance ceased
