You don't appear to mention what it is they are doing that makes them a nightmare. .?0

I suppose the OP is disappointed, as he was hoping that HTB was a means of ending the tenancy.
I thought that there are very strict requirements for sound insulation in new buildings. If the op has bought his home fairly recently, could he have some sort of claim under the warranty that comes with new build homes? No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

We shall see what the results show. But this won’t be for another month.Target HCA have been informed, so let’s hope my lucky stars will force a repossession.1 -

Even if it did this wouldn't immediately end the tenancy.

Have you contacted the landlord/letting agents of the property?
As you have reported to target I assume as asked above have you reported to the lender? (Although still may make no impact)

I haven’t contacted the landlord/lettings agency.Their demographic of tenants seem to be tenants who wouldn’t be accepted anywhere else as their rental is £300 lower per month than other properties of similar size.I haven’t reported to the lender…yet. Will do though.0 -
