    I do not know the answer. 
    I suppose if you can show it has been paid and you have applied for it to be removed then they might apply common sense, I will sit on the fence though and say 50/50. The fact it was at a previous address might help your argument. 

    However, the bigger issue is that if your solicitor requests the money for Thursday and you are due to complete on Friday, if they do the last minute check on the Thursday the chances of them assessing it again within 24 hours is a little hit and miss.

    I dont think anyone can give you the reassurance you probably want, its probably going to be a few sleepless nights. I will keep my fingers and eyes crossed for you.

    Find out why you have this on your record and try to take it off it is not ment to be on your records.

    Do you know the date the CCJ was active (not the date it was registered on your credit file as they usually get updated every 21-30 days).
