Freaking out right now mortgage in doubt before completion

So background
Mortgage been approved
Exchanged contracts Thursday
To complete on 6th April
Last night check my credit score
And on 13th March I have had a ccj listed on my account
Had no idea about this never got a summons was registered at old property (haven't been there for 9 months)
It is only for £300 I think it must be for a parking fine that was disputing last correspondence was a couple of years a go
Is my mortgage company likely to do another search before completion
Will this be enough for them to pull offer
Then basically I am completely messed up

This close to completion best not to say anything and hope for the best. You might get lucky and the bank don’t notice.2

I mean as soon as I know who I need to pay I will pay it so will be done before 30 days and won't be on credit report in futuregoater78 said:This close to completion best not to say anything and hope for the best. You might get lucky and the bank don’t notice.
Just 5 more days now I literally am losing my mind0 -
You're not on your own
Everyone loses their head buying and selling a home, it's probably one of our most stressful periods0 -
If the CCJ is valid it will stay on your file for 6 years after it is settled. Stay quiet and hope they don't do any further credit checks. Fingers crossed for you.themoneyearner said:

So annoyed right now0 -
Not really. Lenders take the credit report as gospel. You disputing it does not mean the company who put the CCJ on is in the wrong.
