 Does any body know how many pages is a PIP form as have received a form today and its 28 pages?

Just read through the form there is no question 13 moving around and 14 going out. How do explain my mobility if there is no question? Help

I presume this is a review form for existing PIP claim. They keep changing the form.... I hope someone can get a link to a sample of current version to compare... but it sounds like pages are missing... if so call them (and good luck on that - the service is *expletive*.. currently cutting you off).

Front of page it says pip (exp) how your disability affects you. At the bottom of each page it says pip(EXP) June 2018
