I signed up at £24pm for 2 years.
Contract says:
"Future charges: Each April your monthly plan charge will increase by the consumer prices index (CPI) rate published by
the Office for National Statistics in January plus an additional 3.9%."
"Future charges: Each April your monthly plan charge will increase by the consumer prices index (CPI) rate published by
the Office for National Statistics in January plus an additional 3.9%."
ONS says:
"CPI inflation was 10.1% in January 2023"
The latest bill shows the new monthly rate to be: £27.46 which is an increase of: 14.42%
Shouldn't new monthly rate be: £27.36@14%?
----
Note: Before you post to say '..its only 10p', it adds up to £2.40 over the contract period and an extra £43m if applied to Vodaphone's customer base.
