My parent lived in London, do I enter "England" or "England and Wales" for their domicile?
The box specifically asks "Where was the deceased domiciled at the date of death?".

I'm sorry I can't answer your question, but just to point out that the word 'domicile' relates to where a person is legally resident, not necessarily where they died (although often the two places will be the same).0

The box specifically asks "Where was the deceased domiciled at the date of death?".If you look at the IHT400 notes on page 10 (page 16 of the PDF) it says the options for domicile are "England and Wales, or Scotland or Northern Ireland". On the assumption (hopefully!) that this also applies to IHT421 I'd say to use England and Wales in your case.1
