Can no longer see Meetings option in MS Teams

I've just upgraded from the free MS Teams option to the £3 per month paid-for version.
However, when I log in to Teams, there is no longer the option to schedule a meeting.
Can anyone help?

Uninstall / reinstall
or delete the cache found in %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams\Cache1
