Should I buy stamps before 3 April when Royal Mail may go into administration?

Quote from MSE below, but will the stamps be valid if Royal Mail goes into administration? Maybe there will be a Govt bailout/takeover?
Standard stamp prices are to rise by up to 16%, Royal Mail has confirmed. From Monday 3 April, the cost of first-class stamps will be hiked to £1.10 (up 15p from 95p), while second-class stamps will increase to 75p (up 7p from 68p).

If they go into administration, I guess their stamps will be pretty useless

International Distributions Services plc isn't likely to go into administration. They might have an issue with their subsidiary Royal Mail Group Limited but they would need govt approval to put a division into administration (by separating them from the more successful ParcelForce) so I'd say that a govt intervention/bailout would be a foregone conclusion.I need to think of something new here...1
