Selling used larger baby items

Hey guys,
We have a number of baby bits we are hoping to sell as we no longer need them. I'm not sure all will be sold but basically it's this sort of thing:
Bouncy chair
Cossato travel system - so the whole shebang, car seat and base etc
Play mat thingy
Not used, in any form, still boxed, a perfect prep machine (not the latest model, 5 yrs old).
We've not done any selling before! The aim is basically to try rid of the items and for my sister in law to make a bit of cash in the meantime (she's doing it all as she could do with the extra cash). Maximising the amount isn't a huge priority, just avoiding time wasters and hassle really!
If its relevant were London/Essex based.
Thanks in advance

Have a look at ebay completed listings, ignore current listings, look only at what did and didn't sell, see if anything has a value worth researching couriers for as you will get more interest if you can post, otherwise set up your listing for collection only. Make sure you know how collection only works, don't make the mistake of listing as a postal item with free post as I often see.
Otherwise look at local facebook groups or marketplace, baby things sell well but are also scam magnets (which seems nasty) so again make sure you watch for scams, people wanting to send couriers and pay via any escrow services etc.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Thanks for the tips, I imagine it'll be far easier to do local sales face to face, for a few reasons. So would Facebook best for this vs ebay, or somewhere else?0

And what do you mean by baby bits being scam magnets? People selling, of buying see dodgy? Or both lol0

Ah. I see, that makes sense. Thankfully the sister in law isn't sleep deprived (unlike us he he). Thanks for the heads up!0
