PDF editing tablet with a stylus?

Dear Forumites,

I'm trying to find a cheap-ish tablet with a stylus/pen which will allow me to edit stuff using PDF Editor or Goodnotes. I've been steered towards iPads and Samsung options but these are very pricey. Essentially, I'd like to call up PDF documents, then annotate or edit, before saving them.

All PDFs can be edited, just how you edit them can vary depending on the creator.

The OP however does need to give more information on what they are wanting to achieve... the average person doesn't buy a table to exclusively edit/complete PDF documents.

That's my priority at the moment. Of course, if the tablet can do other stuff as well that's great. I'm doing an online music course and it involves 'homework' with PDFs. I'm currently downloading and printing them off then filling them in by hand so doing this on screen would be a lot easier.
