2x ULEZ PCN arrived today - any way to get them reduced!?

Ok, long story short - I went into London to watch the footy 2 times last week and drove in to do it, seems I went into the ULEZ zone and now have 2x£90 to pay by 10th April.

I'm really upset as it's a total oversight and I kind of feel I had not idea I was breaking the rules, I steered clear of the big red C zones as I used to do last time I drove in (a few years ago) so got caught unexpected. Whenever I had previously known to go into the congestion zone I've gone online and paid up, I would have done so if I had realised and obviously being twice in a couple days I'm now feeling twice the pain! 

I appreciate I can set up an automatic payment so will do that once I've sorted this mess out...but long and short of it, is there any hope of getting these reduced!?

Pepipoo is the place as above, but TFL have this stitched up like a Kipper don't hold out much hope.
