For some time, residents at our development have been unhappy with the property management company (pmc). In order to improve matters, we tennents have formed a residents' association. We are to have out first meeting with representatives of the pmc tonight. Thinking about the minutes of the meeting, do we need to record the name of every single resident or will it be sufficent to record a head count? Any other advice regarding the minutes of the meeting will be welcome.

Have you established the structure and a set of rules for the residents association. ...e.g. how it will operate, who is chair, how decisions are made etc. ?
This sort of issue should be covered in those ...0 -
Yes, we have adopted the constitution and elected officers. I was asking about the naming & counting of those attending the meetings as our experience with the pmc is been rather negative so far and I don't want to give them any ammunition to use against us. Since posting the Q. above, I have read several pages elsewhere that advise on meetings and I'm now fairly confident that once the officers have been elected, the exact number of those present at occasional meetings is academic, so long as there is a minimum of 6 present - which there will be :-)0
