I've also posted about it myself, a couple of days before it suddenly got withdrawn. May be I didn't use the term 'issue 5' as I generally pay more attention to the interest rate rather than to issues.

Anyway, all too late now, it's gone. As per above, the closest is now probably the 18mth Santander 4.25% one, with a possible £50 on top. Be quick if you want that one, it may also vanish any day now.

I moved money from my Virgin Media Exclusive 2 3% Variable into my 4.25% Exclusive Fixed 4 last week which was just inside the 30 day limit following it being withdrawn and today I also moved money from the Exclusive 2 into the 4.26% 2 year Virgin. Once they are completed, I'll move the remainder of the my Virgin Exclusive 2 into the 18 month Santander 4.25% which I've opened but is still empty unless I am too late to do it within 14 days of opening in which case it will lapse. However, if it has not been withdrawn, I'll open another and do it at that time.
