Ebay suspended account on Request of Seller LoopMobile - How to Resolve ???

Hi
EBay has permanently suspended the account, in spite of having 600+ positive feedback ( zero negative feedback).
According to them, I violated some policy - more likely a return policy - which I have not.
I have tried to call them, but they don't speak to me at all saying that some department has reached their final decision.
I do not have an email address or postal address to contact them.
Now the story part....
Bought iPhone from eBay seller loop mobile. The Item was advertised as having Grade A OEM Refurbished with a minimum battery 85% or 90%.
when I received the phone it was 82%. I sent them the picture and raised a return request. They said it is correct and accused me of false information
even though I had the eBay page pic listing showing the battery % level as 85%. This happened in Oct/Nov 2022.
I was asked to send it back when I raised a Dispute but because I needed the phone I did not send it and later closed the dispute.
I received an email from eBay saying that now my account is permanently suspended. I reckon it is very much Loopmobile who has done this.
I have contacted Loopmobile but they have not come back to me.
Please let me know what are my options and do I have a chance to pursue in small claims court.
Thanks in advance.

No one seller can force eBay to ban a buyer, no matter how abusive, awful, or outright criminal the buyer may be - speaking from experience here on the selling side of things. One return request that was never fulfilled because you never sent the item back would not cause this. To the best of my knowledge eBay only ban buyers based on a pattern of behaviour. Did you ask the seller for a partial refund, or tell them that you wouldn't return the phone and is this something you frequently do? Do you buy a lot of mobile phones or other "high risk" products on eBay like phones, games consoles, laptops, expensive jewellery, designer trainers and handbags, that sort of thing? Do you frequently have problems with your orders and request a partial refund as a solution?Regarding your order for the phone, when you say they showed the batter as 85% and when it arrived it was 82%, do you mean the actual battery level or is this the maximum amount that the phone will charge up to? A photo showing the phone only charged to 82% isn't proof of anything except a slightly discharged battery, so I'm not surprised the seller didn't want to refund without having the item returned.EBay will have told you what policy it is that you violated. I'm curious to know what it was.1

As above really, a single seller complaint won’t see you banned it is a cumulative thing and incredibly rare for a buying account to rack up enough complaints to get banned.
I also agree that perhaps this is a case of too many returns and other cases being opened , eBay consider that a misuse of their buyer guarantee, but again it would take a lot of returns, plus a warning before getting anywhere near being banned. All you can do is keep trying to appeal.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I believe that sellers have a 'report buyer' button and although one such report wouldn't necessarily get you banned maybe you have had several ?0

You can pursue anyone you like in a small claims court whether you have a case you'd win is another matter. Your claim seems to be for 3% of battery power and/or an Ebay account that you have no evidence they had anything to do with.
At present the only court case I could see is from the seller pursuing you for defaming them.Your other options are to try and work out if anything else might have violated your Ebay account.
