The closing date is Midnight 10th April 2023. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and be a resident of the UK to enter this competition. By entering the competition you are confirming you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions. There is no entry fee and no purchase required. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. Only one entry per person. Automated/bulk entries and entries from third parties are not permitted and will be disqualified.

This prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and not for resale. There are no cash alternatives or alternative prizes available. The plant images are for promotional purposes, the winner will receive a selection of peonies and agapanthus from Golden Valley Plants subject to availability. The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries and will be formally notified within 7 days of the closing date and the notification will include details on how the prize can be claimed. The prize will be delivered within 10-14 days.

Delivery is free to a UK Mainland Address, other addresses may be subject to a delivery charge or we may be unable to deliver to so please check website delivery areas. One winner of the prize will be drawn at random and notified by e-mail. If contact cannot be made within 14 days of the draw date, the prize will be forfeited and a further random draw will be made. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
