Hi, I was looking for a bit of advice. I recently made an online purchase totally £40. I have bought from this company before and in the main not had an issue. However when I checked the tracking on my item, via Royal Mail, it said the package had been sent back to the sender due to wrong address. I checked my address on their site and for some reason the address was incorrect. I have since messaged the company using their online form and via email to ask if the package could be resent. I have offered to pay for the postage as I really should have checked the mailing address before submitting my order. I have had no response and I am at a loss as to what to do. Does anyone have any advice??
Thanks in advance 😊

Offering to cover postage is a nice thing to do. I can only suggest ringing the shop to explain what has happened, as the circumstances are slightly unusual. They will either invoice you for the postage or not, depending on how they do things.1

Unfortunately there is not a phone number anywhere on their website. I have messaged 4 times over the last 3 weeks but haven’t heard anything back at all.0

Oh, I see; they've got the parcel and your money. How did you pay and where is the seller located? Might be time to look at a chargeback if no contact is made.1

Yup they have the parcel and my money and no communication. I paid via my Mastercard, they are based in Manchester. It is very frustrating, I really like their product but not keen to order ever again.0

are you able to say who they are0

Sounds like chargeback time then. Get in touch with the card issuer for that. Also be a good idea to make copies of all evidence the parcel has been returned to sender and was wrongly addressed.tigerlillyteadress said:Yup they have the parcel and my money and no communication.
