Hello,

If my MOT is due to expire 30/3/2024, when is the earliest that I can get the MOT next year while still maintaining the same expiry date?  Thanks,

Sam

1/3/2024 as there is no 31/2/24 and it's a month minus a day not 30 days before.

If your MOT runs out on 15 May, the earliest you can get an MOT to keep the same renewal date for next year is 16 April.

It's a month minus a day, so I would also say it's on the 1/3/2024.

It is clearly printed on your current MOT "certificate" well, piece of paper they gave you when it passed ;)
But it will be 1st March as stated

Thanks, so if expiry date is either 29th, 30th or 31st March 24 then the earliest to get the new one while maintaining the expiry will be same date 1st March 24?

Yes. So good idea not to get an MOT on those days if you want to maximise the time before getting a new MOT :)
