Trouble with Virgin Money banking

Anyone else had trouble doing their banking with Virgin Money M Current Account. App keeps giving message ' there is a problem at our end'. Took 5- 7 tries to get in today. Online no better as it request validation via app which isn't working. This has been happening for months with no sign of improvement. Serious thinking of switching away. Seriously should they be running a bank if the can't keep it up and running. After an answer from an android user I thought I would add I'm using Iphone. Although the website also has problems on Windows 10

It seems to be working for me okay on iPhone and iMac, so it sounds like it’s maybe a specific issue to your account.
I’d recommend getting in touch with Virgin Money and ask for the internet banking help desk (select the right option for internet banking help when calling):1 -
It's intermittent so I'll wait till next time it is giving me grief and then ring1
