30 hours free childcare and payment in lieu notice period

Unfortunately we have been put at risk and due to the number in a 30 day consultation with the aim to be gone 30th April.

We have a 4 year old that is due to do into school in September.

We have to reconfirm between the 22nd of April and 19th May

My question is when would my eligibility actually run out as i will be getting 11 weeks PILON. Is it from the 30th april or after the 11 weeks notice period because technically. i could be called into work anytime in that period.

    Pilon doesn't mean you can be called back into work during the 11 weeks. Your employment terminates immediately.
    You are thinking of gardening leave.

    I've just gone back over the FAQ and said 

    In most circumstances we would pay in lieu of notice, however the business may request you work all or part of your notice period. This will be dealt with on an individual basis.

    So i suppose i have to wait and see.
