Checkmyfile Credit Report

Morning,
I have just downloaded a pdf of my credit report from Checkmyfile and there is a section at the top page which states that ‘the following information was not reported about you’ then lists debt management, IVA ect . When I log in the snap shot from the three reporting agencies it states I have defaults (which I’m aware of). It then breaks down each account and shows the payments as DM (debt management) of D (default) . Is the same level of information a letting agent would see if I apply for a property? I was of the understanding they were only allowed to carry out a soft search.

Thank you
