My Resolve Call

Hi All,

My wife received this text message yesterday (attached) from My Resolve Call. I believe this relates to an old Barclaycard credit card that was passed on to debt Collectors, Moorcroft and now it looks like My Resolve Call. We moved home two years ago and it now seems that they have found our new address.

It is x amount of years old and doesn't appear on her credit file. Does anyone have any history with My Resolve Call. Is it a threat or do they actually come round.
Don't know if to click on the link or not as I remember reading on here not to acknowledge certain things or it starts the 6 years off again.

Have they actually found your new address or is this one where they hope you will click on the link & enter info to confirm you are who you are & then they get your address?

I'd say 2015 or 2016. And although having loads of letters, we have never replied to one of them.

Have received letters from Moorcroft at the new address - who were the original debt collection company - but no letters from My Resolve, just that text.
