    All the benefits mentioned before Tax Credits on that page - UC, JSA, ESA, IS, PC.

    It doesn't stop you getting a payment, it juat means that if you claim (for instance) income-related ESA as well as Tax Credits, you'll get a payment from DWP who administer the ESA and not from HMRC  for getting Tax Credits.

    If you get Tax Credits only, your Cost of Living Payment will come from HMRC.

    (It was the same last year as well.)
