Completing a questionnaire on iPad

Basically, is it possible? I’ve been sent a short questionnaire by email but can’t see that I can complete and return it by that route. Seems I’ll have to print it off, fill it in and post it. No urgency on getting the form back, email would just be more convenient
Thank you

  • What's the format of this questionnaire? Word doc, PDF, web page etc?

A web page . I’ve decided to print it now but might be useful for future reference
  • If it's a website it shouldn't matter what type of device you use.

If it's a web page it should be saving your responses as you go and wouldn't need to be printed & sent back, as that's already happened when you finish it.

Ways to identify it as such could include any of these cues:
    • A Submit button either on each page or at the end of the questionnaire
    • The link from your email that opens the page would include a long string of characters - e.g. instead of www.questions.com it shows in the address bar as
www.questions.com?id=jkysndsnrinxr55434578HJJHjkdjf where jkysndsnrinxr55434578HJJHjkdjf is a unique identifier that links your answers to your details at their end.
    • On finishing it displays a Thank You message that implicitly informs the user that it's all done now
It's not usual for a web questionnaire to need to be printed off and returned. Who knows though, given the wide and varied abilities of people who create these things? Glad you got it sorted though.
