PIP Renewal Form: R/M says not delivered, not accessible.

I paid for RM collection Tracked 24 on friday for PIP renewal it was collected yesterday afternoon, sat, . i just recieved an email to say it couldn't be deliveredI the tracking also says can't find it, but the address is correct, its a big place as well, the posties there will know it. Very worried, as i had lots of extensions and last was 21 days from 8th March, makes it tuesday or wed, plus its now lost in the system, i have most of it copied and took a photo, but I am really not well and not upto long calls with DWP. DWP, Personal Independence Payment 3, Mail Handling Site A, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV98 1ADit may be the DWP depot is closed on the sundays, but really panicking
btw, i added DWP, but the posties must know it anyway
update, reading around the web, its quite common, RM trying to fiddle stats, no staff on sunday, or business not open, its a scary form of notication though, RM need to change the language

Juts found this for call centre, but not from RM site, Who Is, is saying it is RM

In future don't post things next day delivery on a Friday for the DWP.

Delivery will be attempted today.

Not just Fridays. Don't post anything that way because being signed for by someone from RM doesn't mean it's with DWP. It's not classed as arriving with DWP until it's been added to the computer, which can take up to about 10 days.

Proof of posting is all that's needed, which is free from any post office.

well been in touch, apparently as its a depot it is posted in bulk,t they sadi it would be posted monday eve or tueday,  I still am not sure what is happening, when i check to see where it is now, it says

Sorry, no options are currently available for this parcel.

just rang again, notihing now but to wait, i will have to ring DWP to inform them, i am not well and not upto it, its really not good.

One thing to remember with Tracked & Recorded mail to any large business is never signed by the business. It is simply not practical to do it. RM simply mark them as delivered.
We used to get hundreds a day. For someone to sign for each, would take hours.
