Park home/cash home buyers

We have a park home on a residential site to sell left to the family by an elderly relative. We are thinking about using a 'sell your home quickly for cash' company for ease and speed. Yes, we understand it won't be full market value, but it would suit our circumstances in some ways. Do they buy park homes? Are there any companies to recommend, and, equally importantly, avoid?
Thanks.
Thanks.

No idea, but it might be worth checking with the park owners too.
As there’s a commission of 10% paid to the park owners on each sale, in addition to all the other buy/sell costs, it makes it very expensive to flip park homes. A quick google search doesn’t show any firms interested, but maybe you can find a company? No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?1 -

The really are a scam, and only there for people who are in trouble and desperately need to sell quickly1 -

The "we buy any home" operators will just aim to re-sell quickly (e.g. buy from the desperate/gullible at 40% below value, sell swiftly at 10% below value) - so you may as well look for the ultimate buyer and sell conventionally at an attractive price, rather than take a big hit.4

I agree with selling via a normal agent. There are a few park homes near me ( I live on the coast, so they are popular with retirees ). They never seem to have any problems selling them pretty quickly1

Thanks.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill1 -
The Park Home owners used to be able to block sales and also have first refusal but that has not been the case since the Mobile Home Act of 2015.
They are still due 10% of sale price at time of writing though a Select Committee is also reviewing this.1 -
