bought a blueberry bush from this company a couple of months back, finally a couple of dead twigs arrived at the weekend. Tried contacting them by email and had no reponse. Their 0870 contact number keeps you on hold, so I tried thier bath number (01225 486000) yesterday. They said they would get straight back to me. Tried again today and have been promised they would contact their suppliers as it their suppliers problem. I just want my money back. Completly rubbish customer service. Wont buy witht thm again.
Smile and be happy, things can usually get worse!

Just a suggestion, but are you sure it is not just a dormant plant? Plants ship better in their dormant state and are less prone to transplant shock. It would certainly look like dead twigs at the dormant stage.0
