UKCPS - Do I have to pay

My son has received this parking ticket from UKCPS whilst picking up a prescription from the chemist. I have tried to call the number on the invoice, but they only operate at 11am till 1pm and don't discuss any parking charges over the phone. The only photo is taken from afar, with no close up and no other photos to include the blue badge in the car, or any signage to say there is no parking.
How do I go about contesting this charge, or do I just pay it and tell him to be more careful in the future. Any help would be appreciated.

To whom is the parking charge notice addressed?  Don't go panicking and paying UKCPS, they're pretty harmless.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Doesn't look to be PoFA compliant either so DO NOT identify the driver. If you are planning any appeals, you use wording like "The Driver did this or that blah blah...". No "My son parked blah blah..." or "I drove blah blah..."

You are refusing their "invitation" to name the driver. They have no way to transfer liability to the RK (whoever received the PCN in the post) and they do not know the identity of the driver unless it is provided to them by the RK, either deliberately or inadvertently as soooo many victims do.

UKCPS - Do I have to pay

    No.

Read the NEWBIES thread and a dozen other recent UKCPS threads.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

As advised above by @Coupon-mad, please read, re-read and read again the Newbies/FAQ thread near the top of this forum as it contains everything you need to know about this process you are now involved in. It also contains a list of TLA's and other abbreviations that are commonly used here. TLA, just in case you didn't get it means Three Letter Abbreviation.

A starter for one... RK stands for Registered Keeper.

Tell your son that a blue badge does not mean anything in a private car park except as a courtesy to the parking company in a disabled bay, it does not mean you can park on double yellow lines or get free parking.
.....or any signage to say there is no parking.
He will need photographic dated proof of this and is good evidence.
