ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Who can enter:

Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents at the time of entry and of closing of the Prize Draw aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter and STV Group PLC, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the prize.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/win website (“Website”) on Friday 24 March 2023.

· Prize Draw closes for entries online at 4.00pm on Friday 14 April 2023.

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.

· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

How to enter & cost of entry:

· You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; up to one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

Prize:

There is one (1) prize for two (2) winners consisting of a twelve-month gift subscription to the Seed Pantry Grow Club (“Subscription”).

The Prize provider will send a gift code to the winner to redeem the Subscription online https://www.seedpantry.co.uk/gift-subscriptions/. More information on how to redeem the Subscription can be found at https://www.seedpantry.co.uk/shoppingfaqs/. The Prize provider will not take any payment details from the winner for auto-renewal of the Subscription. Following the third and final box delivery, the Subscription will automatically be cancelled.

Please note that the prize includes standard delivery to the winner’s home address.
