Tried to renegotiate my Sky deal, first time in years Sky wouldn't haggle. I notice the call center is now off shore. The shape of things to come. I ended up cutting my package.

You mean you gave in. You need to be determined i.e. give me a better deal or I'm off elsewhere. If they don't, tell them you are cancelling and be prepared to do so. Then you should get a better deal. If not, go elsewhere.0

Ive just gone through the whole sky system trying to get a better deal and in the end told them to cancel, there best deal was £4 more than i was paying plus a £30 admin charge. I dont really want the mess of leaving and setting up with a new supplier - how likely are they to contact me in a few days to offer me a better deal?0
