Virgin Install

After waiting 2 months after delayed install dates, a virgin person came today to try and get a wire up to my property in order to avoid having to get a permit for bigger outside work, or something along those lines. They lifted a monoblock beside where the gas main comes in and we’re working down a hole there and said they can just about manage this and will be back on Monday to finish getting the wire in place ahead of an install.

my question is, this point is nowhere near where we would want the cable coming in. It’s on the opposite side of the house to the tv. So what will they do? I can’t see how they can run a cable round to the other side of house as half of it is mono blocked 

I wasn’t home so couldn’t ask the guy myself.
