Seems to me like it's delaminating from the heat of the oven - I'm not sure all that much could be done to avoid this and it's not really a tenant's fault.

can be caused by the glue used on the doorsDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

I’m a landlord and I’d consider it wear and tear. It’s not like a dog chewed the cupboard or red wine stains on the carpet! You didn’t do anything to make it happen. Just a cheap kitchen0
