Looking for an independent inspector for bathroom installation

Hi I am in dispute with a company that installed among other things a mobility bath and I am just starting the process of mediation with the help of British healthcare trades association. However they do not do inspection they rely on photos. The other agency I could use as mediation would be the RIBBI, they do include inspections in the process but they haven't got them up and running after yet (since COVID) I would like to hire someone to do an inspection on the bathroom. I know I would have to pay and I don't mind, but I just want someone to come look at the bathroom as there is so many things wrong with it. I am in Lancashire, but I am finding it so hard to find anyone. So I would really appreciate any suggestions.
Many thanks

You could ask and independent bathroom specialist usually you find them on the high street.

You local industrial estates usually have timber or builders merchants who sell kitchens and bathrooms who have their own specialists on both.

You would ask for a visit on the premise that you want a quote for a new bathroom saying insurance was paying for it if you can get a list of faults on the existing one.

Finding a specialist who only does this will be extremely difficult, cant see there being much demand for someone to go inspect bathrooms.

Remember if they think they are getting a nice job out of it they are more inclined to help rather than just going to look at one for you.
