Perhaps requesting £60 as half of your outlay would be a reasonable compromise ?She was at fault for making the booking without your agreement, however IMO you are not blameless either.As above, maybe the prospect of losing the full deposit, plus a refund to you, will concentrate her mind and result in the holiday going ahead.Good luck - please let us know what transpires.0
