    hi splattern.

    others are right that theres 3 differnt reasons for a high bill and we dont really no from your post which one this is (or more than 1 at the same time).

    either your rates have gone up from when your bill was 100 per month. your use has gone up. or the bill is for a longer time than 1 month (maybe you havent been billed for 6 months or the other bills were estemates)

    maybe the easiest way is if you can post a picture of your bill with your identifying details blacked out? or can you post on here what your bill says re unit rates, number of kwhs, the readings (and if they are estemates or actuals) and the number of days it says the bill is for.

    some of that info might be on the second or later pages of your bill, not in the summery on the first page.

    It's amazing how those with a can-do attitude and willingness to 'pitch in and work' get all the luck, isn't it?

    @splatten

    Given your usage in 2020/2021 it could be even more that the amount you stated with the average kWh for electricity at 34p kWh.

    What is your monthly usage now compared to the below?

    The ASHP needs optimising, lower hot water temp, lower radiator flow temps, booster immersion elements off, Weather comp turned on and adjusted, In the summer water can be heated on timer at 11am-1pm the warmest part of the day rather than always on.

    What is the make, model,  And size of house, EPC rating?
