TSB not receiving one time passwords?

Hi, I am trying to make some payments with my newly opened TSB account. Every time I try to make a payment it goes through security and says it sends me a OTP. but I havent received anything. I have been trying for last 2 hours. Is this normal for TSB?
TSB's customer service is closed so i cant ask them for help

I can't receive them either. According to downdetector TSB are currently suffering some technical issues
This has happened with most of the banks I have used and is usually resolved after a few hours, a day at worst.

Yes, I couldn't receive them yesterday (not tried today).On a previous occasion I got a bunch of OTP texts about an hour later, but this time, still nothing.Eco Miser
