Apparently the cashback for signing up via the MSE link is limited to 3,000. Does anyone know if it applies to the first 3,000 to create a new account or the first 3,000 to create and fund a new account?

    In previous iterations of this offer, it was secured and confirmed in the sign-up process. I don't think they could reasonably pull it from someone who signed up with it being offered to them.
