Good afternoon
Premier banking with Barclays and just the standard banking with them prior to that amny year ago has been good to us
Today, I needed serious help with my banking app which I joined after much thinking and consideration and then buying a
good iphone the other week
The lady/staff spend close to an hour with me on the phone helping me out with my app and giving me loads of confidence etc
and now easy to use and use confidently.
The staff I spoke with was polite, informative and seriously helpful and did not get ticked off at my slow up-take of infor
Thnak you indeed, Barclays Bank, staff - 10/10

Santander were very useful in helping my mum move to online banking. NatWest were also really good helping her with her online banking, pity they struggled to remove my late father from the business account...May you find your sister soon Helli.

I joined Barclays with a basic account a few years as I had some financial issues. They upgraded it after a few months to a “normal” account. I’ve never had any problems with them. I do all my banking online and find their online system is excellent.
The only real problem has been the closing of our small market town bank because, according to them , “not enough people use it”. This made me laugh as the bank was always busy. The area I live in has an above average number of older people, many prefer to use old fashioned banking.
Unfortunately this seems to be a problem everywhere.0 -

We've been with BB for over 40 years. Donkeys years ago we were offered the Prem banking account. The only difference I found was you got through to the help desks very quickly other than that never used anything else We have used BB, cc in the past and gave them up 20 years ago but couple of years ago got their cc cards as well as we were having problems getting payements through to the online groaceries with the other cards.
Went online a few years ago and as per post, joined up the BB app thingy and yes, very quick no finding car reader etc.
We had a local branch ten mins walk and at times used them but were closed a couple of years ago along with argos and a few other well know shops and banks, it is what it is.
Thnaks for sharing
ps - around 20/30 years ago fraud on our BB cc - someone had bought stuff over the phone using the numbers, soon as i got the bill (we have joint cc account as well as current a/c) rang BB fraud dept, they say "pay what you feel is yours and dont pay the other bits, so I told them about the several transactions that were not ours, paid our bill and never heard about it again.0 -

Possibly because we came from the north of the UK, don't know, lol. Funnily enough, my GP
said the same thing last year when she recommended I ate greens "broccoli is good" and I said the same thing
Take care
