Advice on R40 form

Hi I am trying to complete the R40 form for a PPI payout in 2018. Where it asks from interest from Building society, PPI etc. I had a tiny bit of interest from an account of £15 and and I am not sure if I had anything else, it would have been very tiny.. So I have to include these, as I would not know where to start to track other accounts down. Can anyone advise?

Doesnt sound like a very large amount you should worry about. Put down 15 and carry on, just make sure the PPI or any large figures are correct etc.0

If you don't submit the form online today or tomorrow you will have missed the boat.
And that assuming your 2018 is referring to the 2018:19 tax year and not 2017:18.1
