I wonder if they are using other 3rd party data to target the letters and not just solely eBay sales, because if the letters are being triggered for £1000 sales or less, than like you say £20 a week isn't much, and I would guess it would encompass a great number of sellers.

Apologies, I didn’t mean to imply it’s just eBay. All online companies that allow 3rd party sales are obliged to provide details of sellers.
