Car Park Securities - NTK / PCN - Help / Advice Needed.

Afternoon All
I am writing on behalf my parents who received at NTK from "Car Park Securities" (member of the IPC) from an infamous Car Park in Bury, Greater Manchester. This car park in particular and company have actually made the national and local paper...
express.co.uk/life-style/cars/1580799/Parking-row-cars-Paradise-Mill-Bury-Car-Park-Securities-Manchester
They received the NTK whilst they were on holiday so they do not know exactly the day / date it arrived but the date on the NTK is 7th March 2023 for a purported parking contravention of 24th Feb 2023.
The details on the NTK show 2nr photographs. 1 of my parents car entering the car park (no time stamp) and 1 of my parents car leaving the car park (no time stamp) and simply states "No Valid Parking Payment Found"
I have read the NEWBIES thread and appealed on 20/3/23 using "Car Park Securities" website as "The Keeper" with the standard appeal statement (unamended)
They have now responded (21/3/23) with further evidence, including the same photos (however now WITH timestamps) which appear to show my parents car arriving at 11.43 and leaving at 13:17 (1:34mins TOTAL)
They have also stated that they HAVE found a payment however this was only for 1 hour and therefore "exceeded the grace period of 10 minutes"
My questions are as follows if anyone can help...
1. What is the correct response to this letter? Ignore now until a court letter? or should I continue to appeal to the IAS?
2. Does anyone have prior experience of this company? How comfortable should I be that a defence (if followed as per the instructions on this site) would be successful?
3. Would you recommend complaining to the local MP? With the fact that they have made the local paper and the fact that they are still operating their scam I am not sure how beneficial this would be?
Any help with the above or further information would be greatly appreciated.
Kind Regards

Ignore it unless a court claim arrives. Update the PPC if the keeper moves house within 6 years, of course.
If your parents are elderly or worried and can't cope with ignoring a never ending series of 'scary' (red writing...oooer...!) debt demands for £170, get them to respond once more (only) saying they will not use the 'kangaroo court' offered and give YOUR address for service of all letters.
Never heard of this company, so I think they are small fry/new to the notoriously rogue parking industry.
Ignore. Do not involve the MP.
Tell your parents NOT to use privately operated car parks where it might well take them longer than 5 minutes to download an app, or find change to pay. Tell them to park safely ON STREET, not on private land, even if it means a walk.
Do not seek out car parks to park a car.
And please can you all respond to the Private Parking Charges final public consultation coming very soon! Come back here...you will all want your voices heard.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
