    Definitely sounds like mixed wires somewhere. GDPR would prevent them releasing any service history documents with the previous owners personal details on them, but I *think* they should be able to sanitize most of it by removing those details. If it's all been done at a main dealer then it should be on the computer and can list it as just the service details, if it's another garage and paper invoices they may need to blank out bits and photocopy.

    But there shouldn't be anything preventing them showing you the actual history.
