no call back...surprised NOT!!!
Checked online banking and just as before I have been charged for a phone they say I haven't ordered. Can't believe it. is it just me?
so I have just called them back. still no further forward. have the name and personal extension number of the person I spoke to this time. He has promised to chase it up...why don't I believe him?
And apparently I can't speak to someone to complain until the situation is resolved...what good is that?

You seem to have had a lot of bad luck with Virgin Mobile. I have ordered many phones from them in the past and have always been impressed with them. I have ordered late on a Sunday night before and had the phone delivered Monday completely free.

well the update is the phone is here...in fact it was here all the time. my neighbour had it!!! grrrr! she brought it over yesterday afternoon. why they took it there I have no idea.
phoned them back again (despite all their promises to phone back, they didn't)....still have no record of me buying it or them sending it, and lynx say they haven't delivered it. The chap I spoke to can't explain it. All my record shows is I bought a sim card for £83!!! but the invoice that came with the phone is correct.

don't think I could take the risk of ordering from them again. Most people always say good things about Virgin, maybe I am just unlucky, but I am not risking it again.

:mad: this is getting ridiculous. despite me phoning back yesterday to tell them the phone was here I have just had an email to say a phone will be delivered tomorrow. I've just phoned the call centre again, and yes they are sending another one....and they can't stop it now. We've to refuse delivery. Lets just hope they deliver it here and not my neighbour's again.
